Spices: nutmeg and a Moroccan-derived assortment. cumin, coriander, sesame. Oak camouflaged via scents of ground coconut rough & brandy snap, toasted sour dough, with a little dark chocolate for good measure. PALATE Powerful. Fresh mulberry, fig, Goji berry, raspberry, blackcurrant and licorice. Cocoa powder; pastry (cinnamon scroll/bun); crusted/roasted beef.
